Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At 3DCrystals.co.uk, we want every customer to be delighted with their personalised crystal gift. Each crystal is custom-made with care, and we are committed to providing excellent quality and customer service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that your crystal arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue.

Once the defect has been verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. In some cases, we may ask for the original crystal to be returned before a replacement is issued.

Order Cancellation Policy

As all of our products are personalised and made to order, work begins shortly after an order is placed.

  • Orders cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled after 10 minutes but before production begins will receive a refund minus a £35 artwork and administration fee.

  • If production has already started but the item has not yet been dispatched, a refund of up to 35% of the order value may be available.

  • Once an item has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to its personalised nature.

Photo Changes & Amendments

If you wish to replace or change the photograph supplied with your order, this can usually be arranged before engraving has commenced.

A £25 amendment fee applies for photo changes once the order has been assigned to our design team. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once the crystal has been laser engraved.

Personalised Products

All products sold by 3DCrystals.co.uk are custom-made specifically for each customer. Materials, artwork preparation, and production costs are incurred as soon as work begins on your order. For this reason, we kindly ask customers to respect our cancellation, amendment, and refund policy.
